The Aftermath

Today, many people are waking up reeling after what took place last night in the United States elections. We feel bamboozled, lost, and afraid of what the ramifications could be now that Trump will be the next president. Although it feels frightening, there is no better time to look into our hearts and choose to connect with our inner governing system. If we allow it to be, this can be a catalyst for the powerful change that we all crave. What have I done since Trump was elected? I hugged my son and partner before he left for work. I read uplifting scripture, I meditated to Native American flute music and felt closer to mother earth. All of these things happened as a direct result of last nights elections. We do not have to allow this to be a death sentence for our country. Choose today what frequency you align yourself with. The power is yours not in any government. I choose love over fear, peace over chaos, and unity over division.
